Condition of Items
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, any opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
